New appointments to the Supervisory Board

As of May 1, 2024, Petra Zinkweg and Engbert Verkoren have been appointed as members of the Supervisory Board of Novamedia Holding B.V.
For the past four years Engbert Verkoren has been a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Dutch Postcode Lottery and FriendsLottery. As CEO of the IT company Conclusion, he has extensive experience in business transformation and IT services. Previously, he served on multiple Boards of Commissioners, including the transport company RET, Economic Board Utrecht, and ANVA, which specialises in software solutions for the insurance industry.
Petra Zinkweg is the Global Director of Commercial Transformation at FrieslandCampina. Prior to this, she held multiple leadership marketing positions at Unilever for over 20 years and served in various roles as a non-executive board member.
