Nationale Postcode Loterij: World Food Programme
Thanks to the players of the Nationale Postcode Loterij, World Food Programme has received over €6.7 million in regular annual donations since 2004. Last year, the organisation was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for its efforts to combat hunger.

In emergencies, WFP is usually the first on the scene to provide food aid to victims of war and natural disasters. WFP also works closely with vulnerable communities towards a better future. Players of People's Postcode Lottery have raised over £11 million for ActionAid to date.
Deutsche Postcode Lotterie: Human Rights Watch
Millions of people in Germany are affected or threatened by poverty. Over 1.6 million people are regularly dependent on food expenses: including the homeless, single parents, pensioners, people with a migrant background and people with disabilities.
To improve this situation, the international aid organisation Human Rights Watch is working in Germany to ensure that this avoidable poverty is drastically reduced. Human Rights Watch looks to improve measures at a political level and preserve the right to an adequate standard of living.
Thanks to the players of the Deutsche Postcode Lotterie, the 'Fighting Poverty in Germany' programme has received €30,000. Human Rights Watch's projects have received a total of €836,700 since 2017, thanks to players across Germany.
